Taste of the Philippines Society of Alberta (TOPSA) is a community-based organization dedicated to celebrating Filipino culture and heritage through food, music, and art. Our annual Taste of the Philippines festival brings together Filipinos and Albertans alike to experience the warmth, flavors, and creativity of the Philippines.
